Data and operations
Data includes name or company, phone, email or Telegram, services, budget, deadline, task description, language, source page, reference, enquiry time and consent record. I permit collection, recording, organisation, retention, correction, use, disclosure to authorised staff and notification recipients, restriction and deletion through automated and manual methods.
Storage and notifications
An enquiry is first recorded in protected website-server storage. Staff notifications use an authenticated Telegram proxy, with email delivery when configured. These channels can involve international transfers. Enquiries without a contract have a maximum retention of 365 days and are deleted sooner when their purpose is fulfilled unless another lawful basis applies. Contract records and backups have their own retention and restricted access.
Duration and limits
Consent lasts until its purpose is fulfilled, withdrawn or the enquiry retention period ends, whichever is earlier, unless another lawful basis applies. Withdraw at zakaz@into.ru with subject “INTO consent withdrawal” and your contact or reference. This does not cover advertising, AI consultation, biometric processing, cloning or publishing personal material.
