Data and purposes
The form collects a name or company, one or more contacts, services, budget, deadline and task description. Language, source page, reference, time and separate consent version are also recorded. The purpose is to answer, clarify the brief and prepare a proposal. This consent does not cover marketing, clone production or publication of personal material.
Basis and methods
Enquiries use the visitor’s separate consent. A resulting contract or other lawful basis governs the relevant subsequent processing. Operations include collection, recording, organisation, retention, correction, use, disclosure to authorised recipients, restriction and deletion through automated and manual methods. Access is limited to those who need it for the stated purpose.
Storage and notifications
An enquiry is first recorded in protected website-server storage. Staff notifications use an authenticated Telegram proxy, with email delivery when configured. These channels can involve international transfers. Enquiries without a contract have a maximum retention of 365 days and are deleted sooner when their purpose is fulfilled unless another lawful basis applies. Contract records and backups have their own retention and restricted access.
Technical information
The server receives the IP address, URL, time and browser details for delivery and security. The application uses a secure session and IP-derived rate-limit keys; this is pseudonymisation rather than guaranteed anonymisation. Hosting logs follow server settings. The site installs no advertising or analytics trackers; fonts and graphics are local.
AI consultation
Reference mode works in the browser without sending questions to an external model. After a separate AI choice, the server sends questions and a short history to Moonshot (Kimi), potentially internationally. Recognised emails, phone numbers and some credentials are removed automatically, but full anonymisation is not guaranteed. Do not enter personal, payment or confidential data. Chat text is not automatically added to enquiry records.
Rights and withdrawal
You may request processing information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing zakaz@into.ru. We may verify enquiry details to prevent unauthorised requests; do not send identity documents unnecessarily. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or other retention bases. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests are answered within applicable legal deadlines.
Security and updates
Controls include access restrictions, production HTTPS, secure sessions, origin checks, request limits and separate secret storage. The public form does not accept photos, voice recordings or attachments. This page publishes the current policy; material processing-purpose changes require updated documents and corresponding visitor choices.
