Duration, volume, script complexity, filming or generation, voices, languages, versions, licences and timing affect cost. Form budget ranges guide the brief. The estimate confirms pricing, with scope changes agreed separately.

Timing follows review of the brief and source assets. The schedule includes production, approvals and revisions. Mention any fixed date so feasibility can be checked before the schedule is confirmed.

The contract defines uses, platforms, territories, duration, source files, music, voices and likeness rights. Third-party tool terms are considered separately; AI output is not automatically exclusive.

An avatar can be fictional. A clone represents a specific person and needs separate verified permission. Either can appear in prepared video; a conversational assistant is a separate system.

Yes. We agree a pilot such as a single video, voice sample or limited bot scenario, define acceptance criteria, then decide how to expand.

A task description, contact and links to public materials. The form does not accept attachments. Do not send passwords, identity documents, customer databases or personal face and voice recordings. Secure handover is agreed separately.

Yes. Reference mode runs in your browser. External AI has a separate checkbox that you can turn off. Enquiries use a separate form and consent rather than being submitted by the assistant.
