Website and enquiry status
The website presents services and accepts preliminary enquiries. Content, budget ranges and AI answers are not a public offer. An enquiry does not form a contract, confirm a price or start work; the website takes no payment. The provider, scope and terms are recorded in an agreed order or separate contract.
Estimate, timing and revisions
Before work starts, we agree volume, duration, formats, languages, assets, stages, revisions and acceptance criteria. Additional versions and changes to the approved task need an updated estimate and schedule. Timing also depends on source assets and feedback.
Rights and materials
The client confirms authority to use supplied assets. Output, source-file, music, voice and likeness rights follow the contract and relevant tool and licence terms. Ratings, sales, reach, freedom from platform claims and AI exclusivity are not automatically guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Attacks, bulk automated requests, limit evasion, disclosure of others’ secrets and unauthorised assets are prohibited. The form accepts no attachments. Abuse triggers request restrictions; technical issues can be reported to zakaz@into.ru.
