Separate permission
Before cloning, authority is checked and the required permission obtained from the person or authorised representative. It defines purpose, assets, processing, tools, channels, duration and limits. Form consent and the AI checkbox do not replace it.
Distinct rights
Likeness, voice, performance and source recordings can involve distinct rights. Russian Civil Code Article 152.1 concerns a person’s image and is not general voice permission. Biometric processing depends on purpose and use; the public form does not collect biometric material.
Publication control
Scripts and results are approved before publication. We do not create fraudulent impersonation, fabricated statements or false testimonials. AI disclosure follows context, platform rules and applicable requirements. Synthetic material must not be presented as documentary footage.
Handover, retention and termination
Personal assets use a separately agreed secure channel. The order defines access, retention, withdrawal, deletion and handling of existing publications. Enquiries: zakaz@into.ru.
