Content and channel management

Channel management is recurring editorial work: choosing topics, producing, approving, publishing and reviewing responses. We connect content to business goals and team capacity rather than an arbitrary post count.

When to use it

Suitable for businesses with expertise and products but limited production time. We can handle a whole channel or a defined part: videos, copy, presentation or repurposing existing recordings.

Deliverables

The order defines platforms, recurring formats, content volume, approval and publishing schedules, moderation and reporting. We choose relevant metrics such as retention, clicks and enquiries alongside views.

What to prepare for an estimate

Share channel links, audiences, products and current challenges. Identify a company expert and available assets. Access should use platform roles; do not send passwords or two-factor codes through the form or chat.

Terms and limitations

Ad budgets, paid placements, continuous moderation and speaking on the company’s behalf require agreement. Reach depends on audiences and algorithms, so we do not guarantee follower counts.

Common questions

Who approves posts?

The client appoints an owner to consolidate feedback and approve material. Schedules, response times and any permission to publish without individual approval are agreed in advance.

Do I need to share the channel password?

Prefer minimal role-based access through platform tools. If unavailable, access is agreed separately. Do not send passwords or authentication codes through the website.
